HungrySquid is a game about squids (duh!) in space, trying to find as many exits from a hexagon maze as possible. The more you find, the better!

It's a story (we also have a free iBook) of intergalactic squid solving space puzzles to get a very prestigious job - the keeper of long forgotten stars and planets. As one of six squids - each with it's own personality and goals - you will travel through space, time and mind bending puzzles, all to the tune of ambient space music.

The little squids alone or totally adorable-- but the little sounds they make along with the background music is glorious! Beautiful art too! Favourite game app for sure!

The gameplay is ingenious and relaxing. The App Store is filled with stupid running games and such but this right here is what I call a good and a unique game. You should definitely download it. It's worth it. Oh, and, I'm not taking a star off because it is not optimized for iPhone 5 because it works really well nonetheless.

The story and art work is very lovely, but when I play the game there is no tutorial to tell me what exactly I need to do. All is says is "set the path and tsp the squid's head when done", but I don't really get what I'm suppose to match up or whatever.
