HT-Connect-Sometimes, the title says it all. Seams to work fine then looses the bt connection for no reason. Would be nice to at least mimic the functions of the wired remote to the iPad / iPod version. I would also be nice if since it was designed for the iPad for it to rotate. I hope they can fix this because the chair it operates cost 5.5K and I'd hate to return it because the remote doesn't work properly. WayneZworld
Terribly disappointing, but has huge potential

It really perplexes me that a company can sell a massage chair for $5500 toting its ability to be controlled from an iPhone application, and yet put out such a terrible iPhone app. This application loses connection quite frequently, the interface leaves much to be desired, and in terms of functionality it actually lacks about 60% of the features of the wired remote control. That being said, it does have some new and innovative features that show the huge potential for this type of application. For example, the espresso shots feature that allows you to experience short five minute targeted massages is something that is not even found on the wired remote and is a very useful tool. In addition, this app reveals that the chair is actually technically capable of quite complex preprogrammed massage algorithms as is shown in the program section of this app. But of course, the user does not have access to such advanced functions, and as I've mentioned this app has a long way to go before lack of access to such functions is the main thing to complain about. All in all this app is a hugely disappointing let down. I hope that the HT connect development team gets their act together and puts out an app worthy of the massage chair that they sell. Pretty sad that the chair is such a technical masterpiece yet the company can't make a working iPhone app, which is something that a 14-year-old hobbyist can do a great job of!
What a Waste of an App

This app has only one use and it is espresso shots. There is no other functionality. The custom programs are nothing but the same 7 programs that exist on the remote just with names like Dr and Tim Clarke next to them. Although the app says pick a user ID and you can adjust comfort and posture during program it does not save changes even though you get to select "save" it doesn't save. What a total disappointment this chair is for the price of a small car. I will very likely be returning this WAY over priced chair.

Needs IOS 11 update
BJ the Doc That Rocks
My chair used to work perfectly up until I updated my phone to iOS 11. Now, I can’t do anything using the app because it tells me that the developer needs to update the app to work with iOS 11. Can someone please update the app?
