App doesn’t work

I need this app to get my HP instant ink, but the app will not even open on my iPhone. It just crashes immediately every time I open it.

I just want a simple printer that will be able to print from the different devices that I have unfortunately that’s not the case with the HP that I have. Went on to the helpline they had no help after 25 years it is definitely time to move on.

Why does a printer have to be so difficult to use? Connecting it my WiFi and Phone is a nightmare. I handle all types of tech things and software but this kills me and the support is spotty, I’m just gonna give the printer away so it can be someone else’s headache.

Using this app is ridiculously troublesome and time consuming. Why on earth can’t I just push a freaking button!?!?!?!?

We are SO happy to again have an HP PRINTER WORKING IN OUR HOME-OFFICE! We need some help to be sure we don’t get messed up with inks that didn’t allow our beloved HP PRINTER to keep working.

Every time I open it, it crashes right away. iPhone 12+ I bet the five stars are from bot farms. If you people don’t know what a bot farmer is basically basically have over thousands of phones all over the wall hooked up into one single computer well they can sit there and post all kinds of crazy crap and make things look better than what they are and what they aren’t.
