Love House of Fun But.....

I play this game to alleviate stress from work. I like to win the prizes and do the HOF quests. However if you need technical support it is very very hard to reach someone. I lost millions in coins to issue in Splendid of Oz. Also if you want rare cards you have to purchase the packs which are expensive. Out of 6 packs purchased I may get 1 did not have out 16 I am still trying to get. For as much I play and bet, I barely get any HOF cards abs for the bonus set that finishes in 2 days I maybe got 1 pick so far today. I have needed 1 card to complete in the past 2 days, I suspect I need to buy several card packs and hope I get it. Not sure. I feel as though I should not be obligated to purchase but really I do not have a choice. When I need cards or coin. In the HOF quests there are coin sucking games. I wish they would consider that when adding games to the quest. Hence why you need coins. I feel as though prices have increased we are forced to purchase items just to win and get more points. HOF please start sending out more HOF abs bonus cards and just first level cards, reduce prices of packs and please make a way to contact support.

I really enjoy playing your games, but they have gotten worse over time. Winning percentage is down, compared to what it used to be. The quests are fun, but not realistic in value. I have purchased coin packages and specials. Sometimes I receive a few token wins, but your surprise spins on the big wheel always hit on the low side. I purchased a special last week, but did not receive the free high bet spins on the Cinderella app as promised. The card games promise a lot, but you never get to the end. Just keep getting same cards over and over. Please respond with something besides the “canned” responses I see on all these other reviews. Seems you don’t really care about your fan base, only the money you make from people buying coins! So sad.

I have had unbelievable luck. The challenges take a long time to win. The quest are very difficult and hard to win free games. However I have won billions on other games,that’s been great fun.

This game is a scam to drain your money out of your wallet! Once they get you interested in playing regularly, you will not win payouts unless you purchase coins regularly! I have been playing for quite a while and if I don’t make a purchase, there will be no winning that day! Don’t bother wasting your money on this game!

This used to happen quite frequently but it hasn’t lately. My bet amount was increased while I was playing and I didn’t realize it. By the app increasing the bet amount if you’re not watching it closely your coins disappear quickly. Very irritating ?
