I used to give you five stars but recently I have been given you one star because the contact there used to be is no more when we write to you about a problem it was fixed and communicated back but recently nothing it’s like being ignored and when we do hear from you it’s like the design team or someone that contacts us back and tells us to contact them but no way to do so and they tell us how to contact the support team but don’t understand we do that first Thanks

I foolishly signed up for what ended up being a monthly subscription. No thanks Ruby. Ever since I have noticed that I haven’t got any big wins, I just see my point totals drop faster. This used to be my favorite game, but now I am looking for something new.

New games and more ways to play giving you more points to use every day. Best of all games offered. Don’t miss this game!

Why are most of the biggest wins on the other side? A lot of no wins when you finally get free spins. The games are great ?

HOF USED to be FUN. They have increased pop ups. Before you can even BEGIN to play a game, you will be inundated with numerous “buy” pop ups. THEN you will be forced to click on something to check out, open up, “click here” nonsense. You have no choice but to do it. There’s no option to “skip” now and go back later. Very Annoying. I stopped playing these slots because of that. I come back every now & then to see if anything changed. It got WORSE. I gave them 4 stars awhile back but they have gone downhill. Games are fun & I love to play them. It’s getting past the opening & introduction that is annoying. I can only hope they fix this.
