I've been using Hotel Tonight App since 2014. I've stayed at very nice places and have had wonderful experiences for both business and personal travel that would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend to anyone to use this app when traveling.

Very pleased with this application, I have got cool deals many hotels this far.
Booked a room with two beds and they booked the room with one bed. Happened 2 times in a span of 4 days. In both the cases the hotel staff flatly refused to give the room with 2 beds and mentioned that they were overbooked. Called the support and they were helpless and didn’t do anything to resolve the problem. The support kept on escalating the problem in their organization and did nothing to resolve the issue. Completely ruined my vacation. After the first instance they gave a $25 coupon and in the second instance I refused any compensation. I would suggest to not use this app at all. I am anyways deleting it
Yes, you can book in a hurry but if you make a mistake like I did you are out the cash. Should make this more evident but it’s even hidden down in the list in the confirmation email they send out. Unfortunate there is not an option for a resolution, so much for customer care.
