Amanda was closing in on the Beijing Olympics for the 10,000m when she suffered a career-ending leg injury. Told she would never run again, she began experimenting with metabolic training in order to maintain her runner’s body. Amazed at its transformative power, she developed The AR Program, a customized workout regimen based off the training framework she used as an elite athlete. I am a huge fan of Amanda Russell.. She really knows how to get that full body workout in a short amount of time. If you do one of her workouts every day, you will be in amazing shape. I plan on fitting a workout in everyday. Now that I have her on iPad, there is no excuse!!!

This trainer has an awesome lean, runner's body. The workouts are easy to follow with my iPad and the backdrop is a picturesque beach oasis. Very high quality video. Worth every penny.
Love these full body, full length workouts. They're great. I got the AR 10 Minute Cardio Toning, and it's wonderful. Love doing this workout, especially because I can do it in my room without leaving my house. I can't wait to buy the rest at some point. Definitely worth the price!!!

Being an atheltic guy on the petite side; (5 foot 7, 111 lbs) I've been to numerous aerobics, yoga, pilates m endurance running classes n learned alot from alot of live instructors but I've never found better results than when I started learning from Amanda's online tutorials, perhaps my body responds better to her excersizes because my body-type is more similar to hers than to the other instructors that I've had
