The overall idea of the game is fun which is why I downloaded it, and it is fun WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY PASS THE LEVELS I mean it seems impossible at times, they give you less than 20 moves to finish these crazy hard boards and you never have enough coins to keep playing a level.

I have been stuck on the same level for three weeks. Since I refuse to make any purchases I wonder if I have reached the highest level non-payers can reach. I have enjoyed renovating the home and following the story, but it looks like I have reached the end unless I purchase coins. I’m not willing to do that. So sad. Goodbye, Austin.

I downloaded this game to play what I saw in the ads. The actual game is decent except you put the coins I earn in a bank and make me pay for them. Buy extra coins is one thing. Having to buy coins I earned is wrong. I’ve played this game for over an hour and still haven’t seen the game I saw in the ads.

I thought I was getting a totally different app. By the time I realized it wasn’t what I thought it was, I was really disappointed. But the game is still fun, change the ads and I will give 5 stars next time.

Downloaded this app because I thought the games shown in ads that ran in other app games looked challenging and fun. I’ve been playing this Homescapes now for a while and all it is is the same games to advance the progress. Haven’t seen any of the games shown in any of the ads.

Game has potential to be fun but I am stuck in level 54 and they make it so where you have to pay to get more moves (real money) or keep trying and run out of lives. I’ve tried passing this level for days and it won’t budge so I’m done with this game. ?

I’ve been playing this game for years and have enjoyed it up to this point. I recently purchased both sale items that popped up during the Makeover project. One $19.99 and the other $15.99. During the first the game locked up causing me to loose the time I purchased. After finally getting back in the game appeared to start working again. I then made some smaller purchases trying to try and catch back up in the competition. I then decided to purchase the second sale item only to have it lock up once again. Now after requesting a refund its not being honored. I will be unloading this game and you have lost a good paying customer. Buyers beware!

I downloaded this game to play the fun little pull the pin type mini game. Instead, I was greeted with a candy crush copy.

SCAM The point of the game is to fix up the house and the player needs to collect stars to do it. But along the way the player is forced to participate in other activities that cost stars. It is infuriating and plays on your patience to try and force you to spend real world money to get your fix. Even with what may be a larger purchase for some- say $25USD (which by the way only gains you gamecoins so you get more tries to collect stars) you still are forced to spend your stars on crap tasks like “adopt a cat,” ”answer the front door and see who is there,” “participate in a makeover show”, “make paper airplanes,” “prepare for a cooking show episode,” ,”decorate the house for a cooking show episode,” “bake a cake base,” “bake a cake,” “decorate the cake base with buttercream,” “add cake decorations” and “celebrate that the cake show is over.” The game is ridiculous. $25 and a week later and I still havent changed anything about the house.
