What a cool app

I enjoy using this app! It allows me to find the best deals on rooms, it reminds me of my itineraries, allows me to check in right on the app and also provides me with a digital key right on my phone. Can they make make my life any more easier? I think not! Great app!

I’ve been staying at Hilton properties - almost exclusively - for five years. About 25 nights a year. Most rooms are very nice. However when I finally tried to redeem points, I found it took 80,000 points to stay one night at the hotel I selected. When you earn 1000-2000 points a night, well it is hardly worth it.

App is good but needs some improvement. The process for modifying a reservation needs to be simplified and streamlined. All I wanted to do was reduce my stay by one day. But to do so I pretty much had to redo the entire reservation (I had to resubmit my AAA membership number, room type, etc. in order to make the revision). Also, it would be helpful to have a hotel map denoting room location for purposes of "digital key" remote check-in. Instead, the App provides room numbers only, leaving one to guess the location within the hotel. I chose a room not knowing if it was situated next to the ice machine, elevator, etc.. Other hotel chain apps offering remote check-in include a diagram of the property. Thank you.
