WON’T LET ME LOG IN

Just installed the app and the login does not work. What’s up with that? I can log in on the website without any problems.

This used to be a great app but now can no longer use because they are requiring me to upgrade my phone software to be able to use the app. Since I can no longer use the app going to look into Marriott brands now. They are everywhere the Hilton brands are. Very unhappy Hilton!
Cannot login anymore!

For couple days now can’t login into my hilton honors account via app. Used it for years. Now it looks like it crashed for me and cant be restored. Spoke to hilton tech support. They admitted that they are aware that some customers have this problem but they are not sure what causes it. Very frustrating.

I use this app every time that I travel. I use it in airports, cabs, waiting rooms and from home. I check in online and use the digital key. I use it to reserve a room and cancel a room, as needed.

Loved it. Friendly helpful staff and wonderful breakfast. Cooked to order omelets, pancakes and a full service buffet, best ever! Also enjoyed indoor heated pool and spa.
Mobile key cards

It’s understandable that not all properties and have mobile key cards available immediately. For those properties that do you have them however, it would be nice to be able to switch from a plastic key to a mobile key access after you’ve checked in. I have been told multiple times the only way to get the mobile key pass is to check in on your mobile device prior to arrival.
