Never Could Made It!

Third party websites are offering lower rates than your direct rates “Hilton Discount”. On top of the extreme lack of service on your properties now is appalling. 15 years of loyalty about to be turned over to Marriott. It appears to me the process has turned Diamond level into the intro level, I remember when this was recognized at properties and was worth maintaining that level of membership.

The app makes everything easy

ChrisM in AZ

Easy to track the reservations. I like being able to select a room and checking in online with use of a digital key.

Great App

Rcnashvegas

Ease of use is 5 stars. Do all my bookings thru the app.

Many good things but some employees could know more

TheHappyGuy13

It is not the first that I go to a Hampton inn and employees have no clue about the surrounding areas. Tourists expect to have a conversation/suggestions about the area. I think you guys should definitely invest on some training.

Great best service ever!

TFresh901

Awesome quick and easy

Too busy trying to sell a credit card to be useful

Mark7896543

Very poorly thought through. The app keeps on trying to sell you a credit card - and doesn’t let you clear the ad - which makes it impossible to use. You’re trapped on the ad. Make a decision - are you in the hotel business or the credit card business.

First solo stay

The Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Colorado Springs, CO is a very nice property with such helpful staff and a parking situation that absolutely stinks!! Parking is next door and shared with a bank which claims the bottom floor from 9-5 weekdays . That leaves the uncovered top floor for hotel guests…..several inches of snow and ice overnight and a steep slippery ramp to get up. Not fun…Hotel looks very new and clean. Housekeeping was great. Very quiet during my four days in town for a family surgery. Staff, especially Billie Jo and Ramon were particularly kind and helpful to me as a mature woman doing her first solo cross country trip. There were a few glitches, like when the heater in my room scared the life out of me when it had some kind of breakdown that caused it to starts sounding like two giant gongs were clanging together. Conor quickly assisted me to move to a different room…on a different floor! Seem to still be working out some of the security features. Supposed to use key to operate elevators above first floor. When Conor moved me to a different floor, he waited for me too use my key card and I told him I had not had to use it in the elevator the entire time. Daughter’s key card only worked some of the time. In all I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in similar situations, and after I left , my daughter stayed there until her husband was able to leave the hospital for home.

Basic app…

I just signed up for the app and rewards program. Only complaint is the app doesn’t have a map feature. Ihg does and it’s so much easier to find a hotel when on the road. Half the time I don’t know the towns I’m staying in so it’s impossible to know if there are any hotels along the way without the map. Add that and I’m more likely to stay at your hotels!

Need more digital keys

Needs to be a better way to get multiple digital keys without making an account
