App won’t load rates or let me book room

For many, many months now, the app will not let me book a room. I have to call Hilton to get a reservation or use points. It just says ‘can’t load rates’ on the app. Very frustrating. Only hotel app I can’t use to book a room. Please fix this!

I thin Hilton hides behind the limitations of the App to remove as many perks of being a member as possible given that most cannot be done on the website anymore.

The total rate with taxes should be shown first.. what in the world a 100 resort fee?

Same phone, uninstalled & reinstalled app, but rates won’t load, past stays won’t load, status (points, nights, stays) hasn’t updated, everything is “oh no! something happened on our end, try again later…”. Renders app useless. Extremely frustrating when trying to quickly book a room on the go.
Great stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites in Ft. Lauderdale for our pre-cruise night. The customer service was impeccable (thank you, Kathleen!). The evening get-together and the morning breakfast were wonderful. We will certainly be back!
