The app was never great but you could do what you needed to. Now since the update the fingerprint log in no longer works and the app is very slow and freezes. Frustrated!!!!!
Touch ID doesn’t work

For over a month I’ve been fighting to have my Touch ID work with the phone app. I put in with the settings on my phone and I’ve done so on the app itself and it still won’t work. The new version needs to fix this issue.

I can’t transfer money from my savings to my checking account anymore it keeps saying there’s an error, very annoying.
Worst banking app I’ve used.

- Fingerprint login works once and resets when u close the app. - Transactions list resets every month with no “load more” option. - Transactions list is laggy. You might see $500 today with no pending transactions. Then, wale up to only $150. - App design is non-intuitive and an overall eyesore. - The app AND the website are so bad that I’m closing my checking and savings accounts. Not sticking around to wait for updates.

I constantly get errors and it freezes every time I try to use bill pay and when I tried to add a payee it let me enter everything except the state which was required but not a fillable field. And one of my biggest pet peeves is that it doesn’t let you select if you want your remote deposit to go to checking or savings, you can only remote deposit to your “primary” acct.

Please improve this app. It is much too slow updating transactions, not timely at all. Needs improvement, and soon. Thank you for your consideration.

It's a great way to check your accounts and transfer money from one to another, however for some reason it doesn't allow me to transfer money anymore it continues to get errors.
