Widget never loads

Update: This is still an issue that isn’t getting addressed. I love this app but until the widget gets fixed, it’s getting a 1 star review. The widget never loads and this was the primary reason I wanted the app. There is really no excuse. Either remove the widget completely or fix it.

Adding metrics to the home screen as complications only works for one day, and then the data won't refresh.

Can not find how to communicate with a human to. Angel my 14 day trial so it doesn’t keep charging me I don’t like the app and don’t use it so I want to cancel my trial but seems like you have to jump through loops and holes to do so, but I’m not letting that keep me from finding a way to cancel and not pay the monthly or yearly price. Is it possible that someone can assist me with canceling my trial??

I cancelled this app and my subscription because it constantly freezes and stops working on my watch.if your going to sell something to consumers make sure it works!!!!!

I really liked this app and now I can’t even open it without paying again!!! I purchased it as part of a bundle that was offered and now this app won’t work!!!
