The only suggestion I have is making a reminder on the lab portion of what your goal was set as (number of servings, cups of water etc)bc I can’t always remember a few days later. But I’ve been told this is in production so once it is there 5 stars!


Getting Wrong Info From Health App

When I first downloaded the app, I was so excited to use it, and so motivated to better myself. However, over the last few weeks, I noticed that the app is giving me wrong data when it comes to my resting heart rates. For example, yesterday on my health app, my RHR was about 76, and when i checked it on HeadUp it was 85. You can see how this can be frustrating for someone who wants to have a better health. Actually, I used to face the same issue with the number of steps but you guys managed to fix it somehow. So I hope you find a way to solve this issue too. Good luck ✌? P.S. This app is literally one of a kind, and I couldn’t find a replacement to it on the apple store, so it would be really disappointing if you guys didn’t fix the issue.

Games amazing

Love the insights and the app! Wishing there were more options to pick in moods. (Happy, content, mischievous, hyper, etc ..) sooo many mood choices good or bad could be added which could help with understanding mental health. Continued Small issues with this app reading my sleep activity from Apple Watch.


I like the idea, just not the lack functionality

I can’t get any of my Garmin data to sync (they have that notes every where but doesn’t help me). Switched it to use my Apple Health info, still doesn’t capture everything correctly and keeps telling me to update my info; which I can’t because if the lack of sync. So as is, it’s useless to me. If they fix the sync issues I except it to be useful.


Favorite Watch App I Own

I’ve had this app for a while, even before I owned an app watch. I loved the features and it was a big reason I wanted to buy an Apple Watch in the first place. I love the updates the app automatically sends you when your ratings change. The only issue i’ve run in to is how that it keeps switching my birthday back a day... I’m not sure how to fix this and I’ve tried fixing it multiple times and my on my health app my birthday is correct so i’m not sure how to solve this issue. But other than that the app is awesome and I use it daily.


New software doesn’t work with keto mojo

The new app doesn’t display your Ketone index like the old app did. I’ve been all over the app and can’t find it. Went to support link only to get spiraled into an FAQ abyss. Lame

I really like this app I have been using it for about a year now. There are great tips as well as motivation. It helps track health and mood which is so important. It is educational and a lot of fun!


Doesn't sync to fitbit

Says last sync 737480 days ago! However it shows connected in settings. All data is there in my fitbit account.


It keeps saying I have zero exercise minutes

I would love this app except for the fact that it keeps saying I have zero moderate or intense exercise minutes. I workout 30 - 60 minutes A DAY, and it is moderate to intense exercise. And it seems to not matter whether I connect my Fitbit or the Health App, it still says zero minutes. I've been checking every Monday and it still isn't updating my minutes.
