What a piece of junk

Instructions are hard to follow I have set up numerous cameras and this one just will not set up all it says is the device request service and nothing If you buy this without reading these reviews then you buy it at your own peril there is no customer support there is no help this is a piece of junk

Read b4 u buy Bought March 1 2018 So recently I used this app it works with facamword Hd 1080p off amazon witch dosent record in 1080p by the way video is low quality Hd it’s not horrible but can’t see in dark this app does work all you do is connect to WiFi signal the camera gives off, KEEP APP OPEN WHILE RECORDING, won’t work if you close it, witch should be improved for covert use, but this does the basic functions while I’m not super impressed if your just looking for something cheap that works this does as of 2018 don’t order if you don’t have iPhone to use with, you need Apple devices to save files, I don’t think the sd card saves anything

Unstable, locks up consistently. P2Plivecam app does NOT lock up. So it is NOT a camera issue.

One thing that is missing is require password to enter app, so only you can see recordings.

The app cannot configure the internet connection to set up the camera. None of my other devices have issues configuring the network.

This the worst camera set up I have ever seen. The instructions are so small you can’t even read it. Never did I see a note about installing a battery took of the back and shows that you need a battery but doesn’t show you what type a AA is to small. And no where does it state the battery size.
So far...No good!

The camera set up at first for a few minutes but then stopped working. The instructions, for which I had to get a magnifying glass to read, were terribly translated and difficult to understand. The app downloaded to my iPhone, but then...nothing! As of now, I have no camera nor a WiFi connection. Pretty bad!
One star is too much

I purchased this and think it may have just been a scam. By the time you see his review it’s probably too late as you’ve already purchased the camera. If not, don’t waste your time and money.
