Fun game, but if something happens, like how the game crashes every 10 minutes, don’t expect them to help you when you lose progress. They basically tell you sorry, but we don’t care.

I don’t like the daily limit on buying expansion and upgrade materials

I have played this game off and on for 10 years and I absolutely enjoy it, until they have a limited the amount of expansion or upgrade materials that you can purchase for one day through the roadside shop. It’s very hard to obtain expansion or upgrade materials as you progress in the game as it takes forever to get what you need, so it’s nice to buy as much as you want or need to keep upgrading and expanding. I see no reason to put a limit on how much one can buy through the roadside shop. ??

I love Hay Day. I play it with my whole family. My children included. Today Hay Day deleted my 8 year olds farm, a farm she has worked on for 2 years. Their reason - she’s under 13. She did absolutely nothing wrong. They say she violated their terms by being 8? What? On the App Store does it not say 4+? Right there in black and white? You are advertising a game for 4+ but then you delete my 8 year olds farm? When I contacted customer service to ask why and where this is stated in supercells terms of service, no one will respond to me? I wish I could attach the customer service rep telling me he’s deleting my daughters farm simply because she’s 8. I would like a response?

I tried to buy diamonds and I never got the diamonds I purchased and the payment still went through so I asked got a refund and I got it but now Im -125 diamonds in the game. Like huh?? Either way I still have to buy diamonds to get out of the negative number.
