I love this game so much …. But for a while the prices are getting high and high …. The coins are to pricey same with the diamonds the items are getting way to expensive I expend a lot of money but now I stop and only get the farm pass , bc I can’t expend more money if the prices go down I love to expend more money but for right now I will just by the FARM PASS !!!

I have been trying to get help for 5-6 days to get my game fixed but they think if they throw me a bone I’ll let it go! Wrong but I will quit playing the game and just play another farm game! Kinda a bummer since I have a good team but if they can’t fix my game what good is it! I’ve sent them I bet at least 8 or more messages with no response and game still messed up! So if you play this game and ever need help FORGET IT as you won’t get it, you won’t even get a respond.

I get a sudden addiction to Hayday like every two years. This game is the cure for depression. It’s like a glass of ice cold water. I could play for hours. My only complaint is Tom. Tom is the worst NPC in the game. Anyway thanks! I’ve never written a review before this is my first time. I just had to write one for Hayday YALL need to know how amazing this game is. If you’re thinking about downloading don’t even hesitate just do it!!

I have been trying to contact support through the game and through email but one is answering me. Please help me I have lost my account after the Facebook feature was deleted. I have been trying to contact support to help me redeem my game again. I have contacted support through the game from a new account I have created so I can play and contact support. someone answered me for a little while and then banned my new account for no reason. I would like to get my game back. I was on level 62 and I have some screenshots that prove that I have a game and am pretty advanced in it because the achievements were saved in my game center on my iPhone. please help me. it is one of my favorite games I just deleted it for personal control during school to focus on my studies.

I’ve played this game for years and it’s unfortunate that this is the route I have to take to maybe get some assistance. I bought a pack of 500 diamonds for $19.99. I received my 500 diamonds but quickly realized they charged me double. Total of 42.78. I sent a message to support with no help. I finally asked Apple support to refund me money for the double charge (19.99] which they did with no issues. However, Hayday took my diamonds away that I paid for and had not been refunded fully only for the double charge. So at this point I was negative 397 diamonds because I had already used a few before they took them away. I once again contacted Hayday support with again no response. I messaged Apple support and they refunded me another 19.99 and once again Hayday took away 500 more diamonds which I didn’t have. I now have NEGATIVE 897 diamonds. No one will get back with me and fix this situation. Before purchasing the diamonds to begin with I did not have a negative balance. Someone owes me my diamonds back.
