I love hangouts as an app but why does it MAKE you use google chat if you have a g suit account? Google chat is awful and way worse than google hangouts but yet if you PAY for g suit that’s what you have to use. It makes no sense and you guys need to let the customer decide what they want to use

I can text with all my friends with a simple GUI. It’s also free which is even better compared to other apps. Since this is linked with the popular gmail email service, my friends like to come to here. I don’t know how hangouts can be improved.
