Couldn’t figure out the recover password with the info given. I tried every hypoallergenic pet I could think of, not just dogs, I’m out of free answers, so I guess I’ll never finish this game.

It’s a very good game!

I just completed it, and it starts off as a innocent company, but it’s hiding a secret, and you eventually take it down, though the cliffhanger at the end forces you to buy the second game. There are a few guessing moments, but those are not often.

What ever happened to the online feature?

CreateNicknameReview

The developers have stated a few years back for ages they were working on online multiplayer features and have had it delayed many times and now it's not there anymore? They're going to brush it off like it never happened? The rest of the app is ok I guess but it's truly disappointing coming back a few years later to see they've never filled my promise as expected.

Good game, bad ending.

First half of the game is fun though

Great game!

i’ve never written a review before, but i’ll try. this is one of my favorite games on my phone; it makes me want to learn how to hack more and code and all of the fun stuff! it was great how it gave you hints so that you wouldn’t have to just sit there like “what the heck am i supposed to do?” also, i like how much you were supposed to do. this game made me feel really smart ? loved it!!!

Update problem

slowslop

I’ve enjoyed this game for years. The latest update is a great idea but there is a small problem on the implementation. Updated to support the iPhone X screen, but did not consider the notch. Some of the text are covered by the notch. You may say just rotate the iPhone the other way. But some cases prevents that option, especially some wallet cases. Hope you can fix this. Thx!

Huh?

HeadMoose

I have the impression that this game implicitly requires knowledge of other games in this series, otherwise it makes no sense. I grew up playing command line type text games, and this game has little in common with them in terms of game flow, internal logic, etc. Try it yourself, is what I recommend; you’ll either get it and like it or like me, be very disappointed and just delete it, also like me.

Fun and Voiceover accessible

CudLife85

I’ve never played a game quite like this, so the premise is original to me. It’s a fun game and I really appreciate that it’s Voiceover accessible. Too many times I’ll hear about a game that intrigues me only to find out that it’s not accessible for those of us using Voiceover. Pleasantly, this was not one of those times. The game is engaging and pretty challenging at times. If you get a bit stuck, the hints are helpful enough that you probably won’t need to use the ‘answer’ command to advance past a level. I wish the game had been a bit longer, but there are sequels, so there’s that.

Cool game, really fun!!

I loved solving the puzzles for each password. If you're stuck maybe try 'brian' instead of 'brain' and make sure you're jumping to frank's workstation from the gateway. Details matter, and it's totally worth it! :)

Great hacking game

Ralph durso

After playing games like Hacknet on STEAM i was looking for a cool terminal sim to play on my phone. Hack Run fills the void perfectly. With an interesting story and gameplay that requires you to keeps pushing you to think outside the box, players have no shortage of things to uncover and learn. My only complaint is that the game doesn't have ANY music or sound effects, so its not fully immersive and doesn't create any tension or sense of urgency. But, since its a mobile game you can throw on whatever music you want and just get into it. Really excited to play all the sequels! Must play if you're looking for a fun mobile hacking game!
