h2desk Help Desk - iPhone Version

This is a companion application used to remotely access and manage your h2desk help desk support tickets. With this application you can view and manage existing customer support tickets, create and send ticket replies, and use Predefined Replies and Knowledge Base entries. You can also create new support tickets, change ticket statuses, assign tickets, and more.
