Difficult app

Went to the pharmacy to get help with the app and, no one knows how to address the issue of managing other profiles when you have a problem. I added my mom and now I can’t do anything on her name. Make it easier.

Is not doing good this the 3rd time I send the refills and it says is available for refill . And it supposed to say ready for pick up now I got to go to the store .

It’s so nice to place and order, chose a time and date of convenience the receive a text that’s it’s ready for pickup. The app is the best way to achieve this.

My only beef with this app is that you can’t edit or delete old prescriptions from your medication list. For instance one medication I take requires a new prescription each month therefore I have a lot of duplicates. If they could fix this I would give it 5 stars.
