Please either hook it into the HEB grocery app or create a payment feature so that we can pay for prescriptions online. The grocery app works perfectly, so if this one cannot be hooked into it, it could be used as an excellent model. Otherwise it works great. Just inconvenient to have to call in to pay ahead of time - long waits on the phone. PLEASE do something about your phone answering system in the pharmacy! This is ridiculous, to have to spend crazy amounts of time waiting for someone to answer and then wait again to pay for prescriptions! The person answering the phone should be prepared to tale the payment!

Great app don’t have to go in and request my medication refills.also makes shopping easy,with curbside pick up.

It used to work but for the last couple of months has been crashing as soon as I open it.

This is the most intuitive app on my phone. It’s easy to use, and very convenient. I truly appreciate my H-E-B pharmacy, and the staff there are wonderful.

Would be really wonderful if the app would be fixed where bar code on label is scanned for refill. Been down for months!!!

I have not been able to use it for about 3 months, it’s of no use to reorder Rx, check history.
Automated refills quit working late October/early November
