Please fix app reliability and performance

I have been a longtime user of this app, but I have noticed that in the past year the performance has been really slow on the app. Even just typing something on search generates a “poor connection” error in less than 2 seconds despite strong signal or strong wifi. I get it if it was over 5-7 seconds of attempting, but it’s stupid error messages like that that make the app unnecessarily slow. In addition, loading the map can take a century and that has made using the app in critical moments very unreliable and sluggish. Please address this by improving the performance and address “poor connection” messages triggering unnecessarily.

Ever since the new update, the timeline feature is wildly unreliable. I rely on this for work purposes and being unable to utilize it is incredibly frustrating.

This is so annoying! Every time I find a place on Google and touch “directions” instead of opening the app, it takes you to App Store even if you have already updated the app. It’s useless!

Amazing…. How an app can be just fine and you guys decide to just make it worse. Do you have meetings to see how you can “fix” things that aren’t broken or do things just fall apart cause you’re busy blowing boat people? Why is it when i look up a business and click on their website link… it never opens? Does google NOT understand what links. It asks me to open it with google chrome or google? No matter which one i choose it just opens by browser and doesn’t open the link i clicked on. I guess google isn’t smart enough to understand what a “dot com” means. Or maybe your programmers aren’t smart enough to make links accessible. So if that’s the case, why include a website link? Complete trash!
