Backsliding

dsteinwedel

Google Home can’t do things it did yesterday or last year. As soon as you think you’ve got control of your home it changes. There’s zero support from Google. Don’t invest in this to automate or control your home. You’ll be disappointed.

Can’t stand

8allison5

This app glitches and is hard to navigate. I prefer the Amazon Alexa app much more.

Does Not Work

littlemonster71

The app will not connect to the cloud. I have to return all of the device I bought and buy a different brand.

Worst setup up process ever

Fredjjjjjjjjjjjjj

Never experienced such a jacked up device set up process like this..total junk setup..I gave up and bought a Roku..no problems there...the Roku works fine..

Crap App and Connection with Other Google Devices

Jackle89

Honestly the app is a crap design as it’s not user friendly nor capable of even setting up connections with other Google devices in your home. Have had problems now for 9 months with this poorly designed tech with very to no tech support when it comes to troubleshooting and I’m going back to Amazon. Google has lost a customer to Amazon yet again bc of their poor product and connection design with its products. Terrible experience as a user. Would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible camera UI

DonDech

Can someone please do something about the camera UI? The old Nest UI was one of best. Now I want to downgrade my indoor cam just to go back to the old Nest app.

Nest WiFi need to be update and included more options

farman84

Why the nest have no option like others router to prevent access for some websites or video calling app or reduce net speed for specific devices . Also the most annoying part is we are unable to remove the offline devices . This dude’s need so much work to be done if google wants more customers.

Can’t control devices on Wifi

urmomsnickname

We bought Google Wifi years ago to be able to monitor and control all devices that are on the Wifi (I’ve-kids devices). It was great until the forced migration to Google home. Now we can only see Roku devices. Can’t control them. None of the other devices that are signed into our Wifi are visible. We are sick of reading sites/instructions etc. think it’s time for a different Wifi system.
