Stop working with older versions

Why do I need to buy a new iPad when they one I have still works perfectly? My iPad doesn’t update past 12.5os and needs a 13 os to run the updated Docs App. You should allow us to work in the older versions even if we don’t have any upgrades. This is getting ridiculous.

Love it, but one problem

I use this for writing short stories and for school a lot. It is a very good app, but I have one problem. That problem is that the version for computers is more advanced and has more features than the mobile version. This bothers me a lot. My teachers for school often give us worksheets on Google Docs, but they set it to “View only.” I have to make copies in order to edit the worksheets, but there is no “Make a copy” button that I know of on mobile. If there is, it is extremely hard to find. Other features seem to be hidden on mobile, though. It took me twenty minutes to find how to adjust the margins on my English essay. Although I love this app, I really hope you could fix these problems. It would make navigating this app a lot easier.

When I am typing on my phone it normally works completely fine (iPhone 11 pro) but for some reason it is insanily slow and randomly creates a period mark making me have to go back and fix it, but it is hard because it is so slow, not to mention, you cannot crop photos inserted into the doc and so many other features.

So annoying that you cant see a full bar menu on the google doc app. I had to remove the app from my I pad so it would stop opening it every time i tried to open google docs on the web. It got so annoying bc there’s certain things one can’t do on the app that you can only do online when editing your doc like simply removing a repeating header u can’t do that on the app!

Very versatile in use. My docs use ranges from school to recreation, and the members of the docs family can meet any need, whether tables, spreadsheets, graphs, or plain writing. It’s Professional, simple, easy to access, and free! I just wish my chromebook could allow me to enjoy it fully.

Needs Better Trackpad Support for iPad

It sounds basic, but it drives me crazy. I can’t click and drag to highlight something on the iPad. The only way that I can select text is using my finger in the traditional way. Please add native trackpad support for the Magic Keyboard. I use this all the time. Other than that, the app is awesome.

I really like how you can add your email and type it on your device that your using and not using a computer or laptop. But after I got this app and put my email in it wouldn’t work when I tried to watch YouTube it’s weird because this never happens before. It might not be the app but sense my email was my school email and when I typed YouTube it showed kids YouTube instead of the normal YouTube and said sorry you can’t access YouTube that YouTube for mobile wed with your account :( so if you have device please tell me I NEED MY YOUTUBE BACK
