Image Search Suddenly Broken

Flyheart45

I’ve been using the google chrome app for years, mostly because I appreciate that when you open something in a new tab, it doesn’t bring you to the tab immediately. But this new update which has finally allowed dark mode on Google searches (which I’m very happy about) has also broken the image search so no images can be clicked on. I’ll improve my rating as soon as this gets fixed, otherwise I’ll have to go back to using Safari.

Crashing app

daniel tomassi

Chrome, I have to say, is my go to browser for most of my online activities. The app, installed and reinstalled, updated to the last version, started to crash about a month ago. No apparent reason. My operating system is up to date, latest version for an iPhone 11x. It crashes after 2 - 3 minutes, while on the app; after the same time while idle and, or when leaving the app to go to another app. Please fix it! It’s the only app in my phone that is crashing!

Privacy Nightmare (Typical Google)

Proteus846

If you enjoy serving all your data to Google on a silver platter to sell for their own profit, this is the app for you! If you have a brain, skip it and find a better browser — and I don’t just mean on iOS. The only advantage this app has over Safari is its integration with Google services. Thankfully, I’ve severed Google’s link to me in every possible way aside from YouTube (unfortunately that’s difficult to cut out) — and I highly advise you do the same. Safari and Firefox are both highly superior to Chrome anyway.

Links fail

Gwinklerpos

It finds webpages, gives a list of them, but clicking links on that list fails more often than not. Will switch to a different browser.

Fix the Zoom option in iOS!

Xsearnold

The Zoom Text option no longer appears in Chrome settings. The Google Help tells you to tap “More…” at the bottom right but no such option appears there, nor does this option appear when tapping the 3 dots at the upper right of the browser page. USELESS!
