GlitchShot is a glitch effect camera. You can use it to capture photo or record video with a Glitch effect.
You can also use it to edit photo from album.
It is very funny, try it.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

The app is still charging me when clearly I don’t have it anymore

in the description of the app, it says you can take photos or use photos from your camera roll with the effects, and i had been searching for an app to use photos from my camera roll. unfortunately you have to pay to do that ! cool effects, but not worth it.
