Searching by lyrics is terrible. Most of the use I get out of this app is to search for a song by lyrics, for instance if I hear a song I like in a commercial or something. Way too often do I search for a line and find a ton of results with maybe a few words from my search query, but nowhere close to what I actually searched for.

still better than using the site through safari but theres one thing that bothers me every time I use it: the search feature is WACK. every time i search the name of a song its never even one of the first things that comes up, its always random songs pr artists that dont even have words in common with what i’m searching. other than that its pretty good for its main function (looking at lyrics and annotations) but it does have some other features that seem really unnecessary to me, like the homepage being the news page - that always just feels like a barrier when all i’m trying to do is look up a song and it seems like that shoild be the priority of the app. otherwise love yall! xoxo

Hey let’s completely stop your phone from playing music on an app that’s literally all about lyrics to music? It’s pointless now. I’ll just google lyrics.

I’ve had this app for around 2 years and I’ve looked up countless song from lyrics. Yet after probably around 300 searches this app has only been able to correctly identify 4?. Sometimes I never end up finding the song so uhh don’t get this p.o.s. just use Shazam bro.

The user experience provided by this app is extremely poor, as every other tap launches a spammy, full-screen pop-up ad. This experience is reminiscent of the very worst types of websites that make one close multiple pop-up ads just to get to the content. Avoid this app.

Good content and sleek UI, but it is ridiculous to have to watch a full length ad to see annotations. Fix it.

the app is more convenient than going to the website but i find it confusing
