Not as good as it once was!
Chaddo's

I think 2 might be a little bit generous but it can be a great app and was in the past. The maps are so outdated that it sometimes gets me lost. Living in the DFW area, the roads change daily and the maps seem to be several years old causing it to tell me that I should turn when the entrance or exit has been moved or even taken out long ago!

Good app

Good app.. However it would be nice if it supported the whole iPhone x display. A lot of open area top and bottom

No more map updates?

It looks like support and development for this apps stops. :(

Garmin Hates Their Customers
2Verbose

I bought the app for use on my iPhone, then purchased the Traffic add-on a year and a half ago. With the latest iOS update (11.2.6), the Garmin app no longer works, and Garmin says they will no longer support their app. I find that very odd since I have an old Garmin Nuvi 650 that is still supported. For any of you tempted to actually purchase a Garmin app, DON'T DO IT! The free navigation apps that are available for the iPhone (Maps, Map Quest, and Google Maps), are just as good, or better than Garmin. I, for one, will no longer support Garmin with my business, since they won't support my purchase. #moneydownthedrain #Garminhatestheircustomers

Won’t Install Maps on iPhone 8
Abner055

Upgraded to an iPhone 8 and now Maps won’t install. Vendor doesn’t seem to have a support site for app. Very disappointed!! Update: Actually spoke to someone at Garmin and they said that it was a reported problem and looking into it. Added me to a list of users with same problem and said they would email me when they had a fix.

Don’t even think about buying this app! Better you flush a $50 bill down your toilet, at least you get the satisfaction of knowing where it went. Stupid app will NOT move past download the maps (which cannot be accessed). No matter what you do it will not move past this STUPID screen!!!!!!! He y GARMEN THANKS FOR NOTHING! One customer that wouldn’t buy anything from you again (F&@gking) CROOKS! The single star represents negative 1 (NICE WORK YOU CLOWNS)! Give my money back losers!

App discontinued?
An Internet Citizen

I had to reinstall the app and ran into an issue where there are no maps to download. I attempted to locate support and it was impossible. What I did locate is a press release from Garmin saying since last July 2017 that the “Garmin Streetpilot” app (which I think this and the USA version are) have been discontinued. Fine, don’t update anymore but at least let us download the last available maps. How can Garmin sell these apps still and not provide maps? It is a scam. — March 12, 2018 Update — It looks like the app is not discontinued. The patch today fixed the map download issue. So this is once again the best GPS on iPhone. Changed to 5 stars.

Broken app now fixed
u2rok

So I installed the app on my new iPhoneX, and when I ran it, NO MAPS. Upon reading reviews, a number said the app was discontinued. False Info, but Garmin had no support info stating otherwise. It turns out there was a bug of some kind, and as of March 11th to 12th, everything is working again. I was thisclose to calling Garmin and telling them to &$#* #$@ after I spent $80 for an app that lasted only 7 months. Now I have my app back and all is well. Frankly, this is the only map app that I like, so I’m very happy now. Four stars for the poor communication and lack of a support page for this app with an update on the problem. Would be 5 stars otherwise, if I wasn’t put through the ringer, and thought for 5 days that I wasted $80.
