App is telling me i need to update to 3.5 or greater but the App Store only shows version 3.3.5 Can someone explain what I need to do? I just got the collar today. Directions were not specific and I electro shocked myself at a level 10. I’m glad it happened to me and not my 4 pound dog. I will change my review if someone from the company contacts me with advice.... but it just seems like you’ve gotta Wing it and hope for the best- there isn’t a lot of help on the website either. It’s not really ok to be left to trial and error when your dealing with an electric shock device around your little loved ones neck. I’ll take barking over a visit to the vet thank you.
App is faulty and does not allow you to keep using it. Had it for just around 1 year and now the app is saying it needs an update to use it but it will not let me. Highly recommended to stay away from this type of Bluetooth setup since they don’t even care to keep there software up to date sadly.
Now I can’t use my app paired with the color because iOS app software version is 3.3 while the app is at 3.5, so my iOS app is not compatible until the developer puts out an update. I am stuck with a useless Garmin Delta Smart device that I can’t use unless I have an Android since their app is well up to date at 4.2.
Great app. I haven’t had any problems with it. I do wish that the bark history was downloadable/printable!
So glad I wasted money getting a collar that HAS TO CONNECT TO THE APP when I have tried for MONTHS to get signed in and all it says is that it can’t connect to the server at this time try again later.
Great app but its super slow at connecting to the collar and sync wise it wont sync all the information right away so really no point to using the app sometimes it will connect right away and sometimes ill be right next to the collar and it wont connect at all.
Using electronic shocks for any pet is cruel and inhumain.. Other successful none - shock methods exists. There should never be a ”shock” applied to any pet. Rule 1: Applly the collar to the pet. Apply the collar to the human Verify the human feta the shock at the time that the let does. Now see how you like it. Developers: Remove these products from use. Have a dialogue with spcaLA.
Can’t connect to the collar to monitor activity unless I’m less than 10 feet away. Should make a way to connect the collar to WiFi and remotely monitor activity/barking. Can’t close out of the activity screen because the X is in a bad spot (iPhone X). Overall just a disappointing app and not at all what I expect from Garmin.
I just downloaded this app about 3 days ago and I’ve yet to be able to get into it. It keeps just saying it can’t connect to the server and to try again in a few mins. Garmin in a pretty big company and to have such a horrible app it’s sad
I have been using this app for hours now. Communication has not improved one iota. Our dog is still barking and we still cannot understand what he is trying to say to us. I’m not sure if someone has fallen down a well, the neighbors’ house is on fire, or if he is concerned about the current political situation of our country — very frustrating. If you are truly wanting to know what your canine family member is saying, this is not the app for you.
