Update 12/17/17: Do not spend any time playing this scam. The customer service is awful. They promise you a reward for completing the survey and then tell you they have no record of it. Do not waist time or money on this.

I have played Game of Thrones Conquest for 3 years and spent about 100,000 dollars building an account. WB has never adequately supported the game in server power resulting in an enormous number of gameplay crashes, glitches, and failures and tech support has been a failure. Tech support is too slow, uncaring over legitimate issues, and wildly inconsistent in responding competently to help requests and in awarding in game gold. I have been treated with contempt. I don’t recommend.

They go into so much detail and give you so many different things that you can do during the game. Have not played a game that is remotely good as this. I just started playing a week ago and I have a hard time putting down my phone. I’m also not a huge video game player. Only negative is that I wish I found the game sooner!

After playing this game for almost 2 years and spending over $1k, I’m unable to log in. After updating my mobile software, cycling my device on and off, and reinstalling the game, I opened a support ticket, only to be told that there was nothing they could do and told me “ as customer support is unable to assist any further or provide an alternative solution at this time, please note that this ticket has been closed”.

I used to absolutely love this game. There is no such thing as f2p any more though. It’s entirely a p2p game. We have maybe 2-3 serious p2p people in our alliance and they carry the team. I hate it. The kingdom merges are trash! WB sets us up to be forced to pay just to recover. When I submit a ticket for help because i never got notifications that I was hit over 50 times, they are real good with copy and paste, close out of your background applications, make sure your connection is good…. I mean I’m 31 yo I get that. The current update was terrible. I not longer get my notifications from the raven, so tons of my gifts and rewards, personal and alliance rewards expire. I’m over this game. OH and WB blacklist people!!!? Come on! Forget trying to help the consumers.

As reiterated by many reviewers, you have three ways of playing: 1. Spend nothing and amount to nothing. 2. Spend a fortune on this game and amount to.. something? (Until you can’t perpetually keep dumping money in). 3. Discover a literal tree that grows money and you’re set! Really though, as subpar as this game is it isn’t worth spending to the extent of a potential vacation across the country, semester of college tuition, or even wasting your money at an actual casino. Having played this game myself for two years, I ended up quitting to escape the constant feeling of dissatisfaction I experienced. I hope when I pass someday playing this game will be the biggest regret I ever had. I rest my case, thank you all for reading this! (except WB customer support).

If you’re wondering to yourself, should I start playing this game? Run. This game is about money, pure and simple. While this game is technically free to play, it is anything but. I know players who have sunk thousands upon thousands of dollars into playing this game. The reviews aren’t exaggerating about the greed of the game developers. Warner Brothers, you should be ashamed of yourselves, preying on would be gambling addicts. I have spoke to people who literally have said, my next paycheck, I’ll buy a $100 pack! They don’t actually have the spare money to spend. What a sick joke. Your players need help.
