Bidding and bidding explanations

Some is just different, some is odd, some of the explanations are simply incorrect.

Extremely Poor Tech Support!

norleenz

As we sometimes see with multiple devices and logins, there can be crossovers. Unfortunately it seems my husband’s account and mine are connected taking away the ability for me to purchase a year of deals. I spent days figuring things out even deleting the app off my devices. Tech support was not only not helpful but discourteous in some of their responses. As you provide a phone number for tech communication I asked if they could call as the written online messaging was not going well. They didn’t call, they closed the ticket 2x mid discussion and I am paying for a subscription I don’t want as it was the only one the program would allow or else I couldn’t get deals. The app is ok but hope you don’t ever need tech support!

Need beginner bidding conventions

carolj12

I find the bidding conventions too nuanced for a beginner even when setting a free style profile. Funbridge needs to provide beginner bidding options.

Update has many bugs

LJ NYC

The latest update to this Bridge game has many bugs. It now gets hung up often and you can’t proceed to play games. This didn’t happen as frequently before the last update was installed. I will have to cancel my subscription if it isn’t fixed in a week.

Frustrating

Wfrankspk

Partner bids do not correspond with their explanations. It's like playing with a bad partner

Great software

BarryJoel

Realistic to real playing. Robots are life like in their responses. Replays facilitate learning. Highly recommend.

I enjoy planning it but the use so many conventions I don’t know.

Stop the Nagging.

SeanInPS

I like the game. But it’s expensive. Worse, they spam you to buy more stuff like tournaments every time you open it. There should be a way to turn nagging messages off when you’re spending over a hundred bucks a year. Five stars when they stop the nagging.

great game

I love it! It’s helped me improve my play. The replay function and the ability to see how somebody played a hand better provide good opportunities for learning. Certainly, on occasion some unusual plays are made but that happens when humans play bridge too!
