Does not work with iPhone X

CJIthaca25

I am able to use the app to download pictures from an X-T20 on an iPad but nothing will download on the iPhone X. Essentially useless.

Horrible app

BoochieGilchrist

No connection in description instructions whatsoever for xpro2. Disappointing.

IT HAS NEVER WORKED

Chrisf24

I am never the type of person to ever write a review.... but this is just ridiculous... I spent over $1,500 for the X-Pro2 and have the iPhone 7.... how is it with these top popular devices that Fuji can’t get this right... since I bought my camera months ago this app has only worked once... now I’m forced to buy the adapter and hope it works for my trip.... really get it together... it’s little things like this that will make Fuji owners jump ship... I have had them all, Canon T2i, Nikon D600, Sony A7R2 (in retrospect I should have stayed with this one), and now the Fuji X-Pro2... This really needs to be fixed or you’ll lose Fuji supporters like me.

Fuji, please

Supernatural Anesthesiologist

Dear Fuji, we need this app to work, and you need we, your loyal customers, happy. Why don’t you invest a few bucks and make it work as it should? Thanks for listening.

Made by people who never used an iPhone

Ishapian

The app is horrendous, unintuitive and it does not connect to my XPro2 most of the time. Quite infuriating. Shame on you Fuji.

Still doesn't work (well, if at all) with iOS 11?!

mrbofus

It's been 7 months since iOS 11 came out, and Fujifilm still hasn't updated the app?! Come on guys...

I thought the android version was bad...

Pantomime421

Fist I’ll start with saying I came from android Samsung S8 and the fujifilm camera remote app was really hit or miss. But on iOS it’s all that and worse. Every time I want to connect to my X-H1 I need to go to settings in my iPhone and connect to the WiFi manually? Good news is once connected it does seem to transfer the photos fairly quick compared to the android version. Please fix the fact I need manually connect to the camera in the settings.

"no space"

Cool gamer of the universe

Says I have .4 gigs and the vid I wanted to upload was .1 gig.

Useful app, needs UI Overhaul

iSpenc

This application is useful and certainly has many positive things to contribute to a professional workflow. Remote settings adjustments, live view, and the ability to trigger are great features. I have a few suggestions for the developer that would make the app more useful to me and hopefully other professionals. My biggest enhancement request is to add a landscape mode. The most important aspect of this app is being able to see the image you are working on. Right now, screen real estate is overly dedicated to camera settings and the image occupies less than half the space on the display. Those settings are definitely very important to me, but could easily be made smaller and less prominent. I have used the Hasselblad Phocus Mobile app on many jobs and the way they have small buttons to open menus for things like setting adjustments works really well. It would be worth taking some UI design tips from Hasselblad’s app and their latest touch screen cameras. I’d love to have the live view or most recent image occupy 95-100% of the screen space. I would be happy to pay for an app that provides a better “tethered shooting replacement” experience for the GFX. Great app. Definitely has room for some easy to see improvement.

Just what I can do is remote shooting

jaewonsim99

I’m just bought Fujifilm X-E2S camera and downloaded this app on my iphone se. Remote shooting works so well but when I try to get imported my photos in my camera it keep saying that ‘no files in camera’. — I found that I should do fina or normal not raw.
