Where are my 200 points at the start of every game, almost impossible to win any game without the extra points!!!!!!!

I'm ready to ditch this game very soon. You only earn free coins when you receive so many stars on previous games and the current game if you happen to win it. Some games are impossible to win without the extra coins that are given out. The daily bonus must come back or I'm gone, not that I make a big difference. I'm only one person.

I've had to change this app to three different phones and every time I restore it from back up, it resets the whole game back to level 1. I've tried contacting support 3 times and NEVER get a response back
