I can't even frieking put my hand on it to scan it its like its meant for some weird kind of animal's hand! I never got to scan it because it wouldn't scan and I can't put my hand on it!

Ok... I asked a question it didn't respond then I checked my volume it was all the way up so I tried again still nothing.

Maybe no one told me how to work this thing. But you can't get your fingers all on the buttons. No instructions of anything. !!!!!!!!
