A soothing and inspiring teacher

After listening to many of these podcasts, Summer helps to uncover hindering beliefs in a lighthearted way and at the same time offers tools to take action. After being smothered by fear and self imposed paralysis, writing this review is review chance for me to step out of the shadows. Summer challenges us to do that and I thank her with my whole heart.
