Great complement to the Fitbit app
NelsonAponte

This app does pretty much what I was expecting the Fitbit app to do regarding the Health app, except for 2 things. 1. During the first sync, as I had been manually posting the same data to both apps, so when I synced them data was duplicated on the Health app and I had to manually delete it. 2. Sync has to be done manually every time

Does not work
jen.p.

I have tried multiple times to set it up. I am only left with a constant error message and no way of even trying to fix it.

Overlap not overwrite
Nutmegggg

The app does import your Fitbit data into Apple Health. However, it does not overwrite any existing steps data from your health app. For example, let’s I walked 50 steps according to my Apple health pedometer, and I walked 100 steps according to my Fitbit. Using this this app to sync would just add 100 steps to my Apple health account for a total of 150 steps. What this app should do is overwrite the Apple health data so that the 50 steps would be replaced with 100.

It worked, ish..

I really wanted to pull info from my Aria scale over. It certainly did that. My only complaint is that for days where I did not have an actual data point in FitBit from my scale (because I don’t weigh myself daily), it inserted a data point using what appears to be an time weighted average of the previous data point and the next future data point. This doesn’t make sense to me at all, because I only wanted actual times I weighed myself.

Disappointed with ALL FITBITS!!
NurseRiddle

I started using my first Fitbit, which was the Flex 2, back in 2017, which at the time, I had no clue what year or how long Fitbit was the “HIP THING??”, but I always had the “LOSE IT!” app, but only used it intermittently for years, probably because I was always skinny my whole life (nickname was always “TOOTHPICK!!”), I noticed I was gaining some weight from about 2001-2005, because I met someone whom gave me the opportunity to go to school & work on my nursing degree that I wanted my whole life like my “granny” was! When I started all my prerequisites needed to get into the nursing program, I noticed my weight increasing d/t me not working out as much anymore because I was in school sitting all day Monday-Friday every week, and days that I wasn’t in school I was still laying/sitting around my house studying. I started a membership with JENNY CRAIG (and let me add to the fact that their food was & still is AMAZING!!!) that I was eating after being accepted & going through my LVN program, and my weight went down again. After working as a LVN supervisor for a year & a half, mainly sitting at my office desk computer, calling my pts meds into the pharmacy & not really walking/working out as much again, my weight gain started going up again!! In 2008, I decided to go back to nursing school and transition into a RN. At this time, RN classes/clinical rotations were way more intensive than the LVN classes, so I was basically running every day of the week plus still eating my Jenny Craig foods, my weight loss continued. After MANY YEARS of working as an RN-ADON, I was too tired everyday to even try to workout & didn’t feel the need to continue my Jenny Craig food/diet because I was back down to my HS weight. Then I went through MANY YEARS OF DEPRESSION!!! Stopped taking care of myself, stopped working out & ended up gaining a massive amount of weight (130 lbs to 198 lbs) by 2016! That’s what caused my increased depression because I was so so tiny my whole life!! Started using Fitbit in 2017 & also found out that the LOSE IT! app I always had & Fitbit synced with each other as well! I lost weight every day, and throughout the whole year of 2017, plus I was given the opportunity to take off work for the whole year as well & concentrate on myself again, I lost all my weight!! I ended up losing 78+ lbs, and got too low at 122.2 lbs, so I knew I needed to slow down a little, but the weight loss goals I kept meeting was like a “drug/alcohol addiction”, where I actually would log my alcohol into my LOSE IT! app, plus weighing my food portions on my multiple food scales everyday, that I received a “BADGE” from LOSE IT! for continuing my weight loss goals and still portioning out my alcohol intake (AHA!!). But to get to the point I wanted to make, is that my 3 different Fitbit trackers/smart watches, which each one have been replaced at least once d/t malfunctioning and not syncing properly, EACH ONE, and all 3 are still not working properly, and the 2nd Flex 2 isn’t working at all now!!! I’ve gone through 2 Versas & my newest Alta HR that I’ve had for about 7-8 months now is already not working properly as well, that I’m too tired to continue shutting my iPhone down, rebooting it up to 3-4 times a day, it’s EXHAUSTING!!! I’m at a point to stop buying Fitbit’s and just go back to working out like I’ve been doing, weigh myself on a regular basis & stop looking at my Fitbit!!! The only reason why I probably still keep using them, is because I love doing the Challenges!! I’m a very very sore loser!! I absolutely love beating the he** out of all the other participants!!!

NO instruction booklet included!!!
kakmh

It really STINKS that no instructions are included when you purchase a Fitbit! Having to look everything up is ridiculous and redundant!
