The timer randomly freezes and doesn’t show a countdown, but music is still playing? Weird

I was trying to get back into running and was listening to my own music, but you know how it goes, suddenly a slow song pops up. Or the running app was playing techno dance music which is not my style at all. I heard about this app at my gym and I. LOVE. IT. There are a variety of genres to choose from and you can even choose music based on BPM. Don’t know your run pace? No problem. This app will figure that out too. I hope they continue to expand their library and add new songs.

The interval timer will start doubling if you pause it and then start it. So then there are two interval timers going and then you have to close the whole app and find your music again and reset the interval timer. A little annoying. The music is good though. The coaches are also good. I like the bike and treadmill workouts.

The only thing that would make this app better is if it was compatible with Apple Watch! I would love to set the tempo/workout on my phone and then just run with my watch.

Mixes missing from the “Favorites” section

This app is a 5 Star app, although I’m giving it 3 because after over a year of use and marking my favorite mixes (which are saved in another section) all of them were erased. What’s a solution to recover the loss of data!?

It’s not a bad app but I was using it in my classroom and it ended up not being what my kids really liked. I have tried using the given way by you and Apple to unsubscribe to the app but the only button available is one to subscribe for another year. Still having issues trying to unsubscribe is the reason I rated it so low.
Same Recycled Music Over and Over

I don’t know what sort of scam Fit Radio is trying to pull by making it impossible to cancel but this is not even cool. I have been using the PREMIUM version of this app for almost a year and I want to CANCEL! I’m not impressed with this app and NO LONGER USE IT. There are various play lists that have the same recycled music (if I have to hear Rolling Stones “Paint It Black” one more time I’m going to scream). Some of the music isn’t even the original artist. Waste of money. I WANT TO CANCEL! I have tried cancelling multiple times thru the App Store and online at iTunes and there is NO “cancel subscription” option available (account>view my account>settings>subscriptions>manage>edit)!
