Se quedaron atrás en diseño y utilidad

La aplicación es algo antigua, es trabajosa para entrar. El diseño se quedó en la era de las páginas web, no en la era móvil. No tiene touch id, prefiero ver mi balance a través de otros métodos antes de utilizar la aplicación.

This is just a disgrace. It is so bad Apple should remove it from the app store. It does not have touch or face id, it does not have integrations with password managers. It is horribly designed. It looks like it is running on Netscape navigator. As a banking app It is barely functional and poorly developed. It is just a cheap version of their already cheap website.

I would love to see an update the at least you guys work with your interface. Super slow, not practical at all and every single time I have to write down my username and password because it doesn’t even have “remember me” option. Looking forward to change my account to another bank.

A bank application should allow me to enter securely and easily. This application does not allow me to view my account easily. Since I downloaded it I’ve had a hard time logging in and it does not remember my device. For being a well know bank in a competitive market, this application is not up to standards for its users.

This app is a piece of crap. It keep telling me my username and password is incorrect but I could log with the same information on a computer!!! REALLY!!!
