Used to work ok but for many months it is a constant unable to locate. Sometimes if they refresh it works for a bit but then they are gone. I am getting rid of this waste

Went from 5 stars to 1, was great over the years, but this past year it's turned into "Frustrate Your Friend" Try Lookout Mobile at least with their service if you can't get an immediately location while the app is open it will send an email of the requested location later.

I don't get why everyone's complaining. It's an amazing app that does what it's supposed to do.
