I love the app. When it's showing can not locate, is it possible that the person on the other end turned a location setting off? When I first started using it we had issues but it turned out something under iCloud wasn't turned on. Maybe people turn that setting off when they don't want to be tracked?

I am surprised at the negative comments for this app. I have my kids on it and unless they don't have their phones with them, I can find them 24/7. Of course they too can find me which is no problem.

This app used to be great it worked fantastically however since their upgrades it no longer works. I can find my friends, they cannot find me. It's the same problem that you hear about in these reviews again and again "Location not available". I have gone online and explored fixes. I have tried all the fixes available out there; none of the fixes available out there are current for today. Apple support on this is unresponsive- check all this out BEFORE you add this app.

You can find friends easily enough without using this app. Using it would be like personally stalking someone else. I would not recommend anyone downloading it if one has an unnatural obsession on a particular friend due to privacy issues.

"Notify Me" doesn't work

The notification when someone arrives or departs a location doesn't work. Which makes the app useless. You may as well use the locator on Messages if the alert doesn't work.

The concept is a good idea, I have to give it that but only to a certain extent. I think that this app was a very big part in ruining my relationship with my boyfriend. It caused me a lot of anxiety and on top of my already trust issues, I was always afraid that something was going to happen. I don't think it's a good idea if you want to keep an idea on your significant other, but if you have an idea to keep an eye on your child to make sure they get home safe or something, then I believe it has good intentions. If you're using this to try and keep an eye on your relationship, honestly it's not worth the time and the anxiety. It caused me to have a lot of problems and it caused me to possibly lose my best friend.

I'm using this app since it has been released. I believe it would be better if the area selection for leaving or arriving notification is changed to use range (using coordinates) instead a name of area. That would keep the app functions in all over the world as there are so many countries where addresses are not defined properly. Additionally, my friends could be in the desert or jungles where addresses are not defined as well. Hope to see it soon.
