This App does make you focus. On my 3G, after the 4th pic it stops recognizing my touch periodically. So I'm touching, the time runs out & the place I was touching highlights up in red :( I guess for free, it's ok!

It is a good game, although I'd like it more if there was a way to configure the app to not show where the differences are if you don't find all of them in time
