Please update to better support iPhone X and newer. The pillar boxes should be similar to those on FF VI or Chrono Trigger. Otherwise, a fantastic game.

This is a great way to relive some memories of this game on the go. Very faithful to the original. Miss translations and all. My 2 biggest problems are these; 1) The controls are on the screen that can be very cumbersome. I advise getting an attachable controller to your phone/iPad. So it doesn’t clutter the screen. 2) If you have to many apps running at the same time it can freeze older devices. Especially at high intensity moments. (I experienced it at the final cut scene.)

This port has to be a joke. You port over one of the greatest games to iOS and you do it a disservice like this? Like come on Square. Game itself plays fine but holy crap the graphics are worse than playing a PS1 on a modern TV. I played this on my iPhone 11 Pro and the game has to be running at what? 300p? I mean it looks bad on a 5.8 inch screen. Then im like well maybe its better on my iPad Pro 10.5 inch and its even WORSE its so freaking blurry. Even the switch port is better. The hell Square ill never get another mobile game of yours even again.

On the iPad FF7 feels like a whole new experience for me, the amount of detail you can see is just amazing. Also being able to use my DualShock 4 with this game is just the best, highly recommend this game!

Well I got to say WOW !!!!! It’s finally here !! years have gone by and I’ve been waiting for this. I knew this would happen it had to happen. I love this game so much it was my first rpg I’ve ever played and I loved so much . It has a great story sound and characters for its time back then now I get to relive it and it in an app wow.

by far one of the most memorable final fantasy titles, but this app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. for the price of the title, could we get some upgrades to the UI? either better touchscreen controls or support for bt controllers? anything to make this play less like an emulator and more like a proper port. it hasn’t even been updated to support newer phone sizes not to mention the phone’s time, battery, etc display is still off to the side like I’m playing this in a portrait-locked internet browser. the quality of the game’s content is ofc amazing, but the experience of the app is extremely unpolished. especially for the golden, poster child of all SE and FF.
Great game, can’t get past observatory glitch

I’m just glad I’m able to play on my phone whenever I want. But there’s a game breaking bug when I try to play the cutscene at cosmo canyon, when Bugenhagen shows the 3D system...it tries to play the cutscene but only the audio plays and my character is stuck. Anyone else have this issue?

I have enjoyed the game and the nostalgia so far but it keeps resetting just after I’ve gotten off the Chicobo ,enter the cave, meet some agents and try to enter the entrance after them it cuts off. Please help. Lol
