The reason is because I got a problem with the game when I’m start the game is start to exit on the app without permission! I’m try to open that game many time and does not working can you please fix that problem? Thanks and I will give 5 star again

This game is amazing. It has “gotcha” aspects for sure, but there is plenty to do in this game so that you never have to pay anything. They do a lot of giveaways and bonus content to keep people going without dumping $$ into the game.

HUGE game imbalance due to 200m gil being given to some

There was an apparent mistake where some players today were able to get 200,000,000 gil (or more but that is the cap). Rather than remove that gil when “fixing” the issue they allowed players to keep it while restricting other players from accessing it. For new players or those unaware this creates a huge imbalance since gil is used to upgrade units, Dark Visions is the endgame and now a portion of players can not need to worry about how to get DV units ready, enhancing units or any of the many other things that requires gil in the game. They take weeks to fix serious issues but as soon as a bug that benefits players occurs they are lightening fast to fix it, but in this case they didn’t ACTUALLY fix it because many players are walking away with the max amount of gil. The only two fixes would be to take the gil back from players that received it or to allow everyone to access it. This is the 4th anniversary so I know what would generate more good will...but anyway their “fix” was to restrict access and to send two hundred lapis and 10 energy pots as compensation which is more of a slap in the face to players than anything else. It is probably the worst treatment of a situation that breaks game balance like this that I have ever seen. Players are quitting, there is mass unrest, some are getting the BBB involved...and people were just starting to be happy after their terrible rush to get to neovisions causing a massive weekly power creep. Do not download this game. Do not play it. Gumi has shown over time how they treat customers and this time really takes the cake. They have also started hyper focusing on whales and only the most addicted players. 90% of your time will be spent in menus, doing tedious tasks like grinding events that are artificially lengthened etc. because time spent in game is one of the metrics they need to pad up to make the game appear successful. They also took a huge step backwards with NV units by removing a safety net or pity system, something we used to have. None of these issues will be fixed because whale wallets stay open and as a four year old game they likely have a shutdown date in mind and are milking customers for as much as possible before closing the servers while putting in the minimum amount of effort possible. Do not play.

I dunno about this season this I’ve enjoyed playing sense the global launch but this season...I’m not sure where they’re going. Season 3 story is a low point to me the supporting characters are far more interesting then Fina it’s like the writers dumped every trope into her. Uncertainty✔️ Friendship is Magic✔️ Whiny✔️ Damsel in Distress✔️ Power Outage✔️ Which all these wouldn’t be bad but they addressed this in season 1 &2 and just takes away from Fina as a character. Then there’s the Neo Visions you gotta have both of a character’s trust and super trust rewards to awaken then they allow you to pull a Neo Vision that doesn’t have trust master unlocked which breaks the conditions to get a Neo vision and not to mention you gotta pour 5 star units into the Neo Vision unit which have a low pull rate but I have had pretty good luck getting 5 stars but relying solely RNG to max out NV Unit is just stupid. Last thing is Dark Visions which is just roided out damage sponge espers with ridiculous stats that are meant to drain in unprepared players of your stocked piled lapis which takes away from any real effort, you can just stack your party with DPS and throw them at the boss until you run out of lapis. I really liked this game when it first came out the sprites reminded me of Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger but I’m not sure where they’re really going this season. Hope they figure it out.

NV Eden has just been released. In JP this banner had a safety net, but here in Global we only get panels with random rewards. This banner is out of order, which is fine, but leaving out the safety net is inexcusable.

Man, I really wanted to like this game. I really did. Unfortunately, the developers decided to cram so many advertisements and screens that ask for pay to play it ruined the actual game. Let someone get to like the game before begging for pay to play, or charge before downloading it. Poor showing. Avoid this game unless you plan on shelling out a bunch of money before you even know if you like the game or not. Boo.
