I can’t seem to open the game. It force closes itself after it’s finished downloading what it needs to play

The only time I was able to summon a 5 star, was when I had a ticket to guarantee one. I've summoned hundreds for free over the last year or so. I'm not paying you a dime if I can't even get one now. Today was 18 EX summons, 3 (4 star guaranteed) EX summon, 3 summon tickets, and a 10+1 summon.

Who can forget such memorable ff7 characters as Elfreeda, William, and Conrad? Oh, you can? My mistake - carry on then. Seriously Gumi just floods ff lore with garbage in this one....not that SE needed any help lately.

Used to like it, but now I hate it

I used to play this game regularly, but now I want nothing to do with it. I know it’s a lame excuse, but I was super upset with the summon rates. This was back when they came out with the triple rates for a rainbow and brought back FFXV. I’ll cut my story short. I did 8 multi’s and used several summon tickets, and I only got three 5 stars, one of which was guaranteed because I used a 5+ ticket. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy, at all. This game ruined me. The worst part is, I REALLY loved playing the game. I don’t know if this was rng stabbing me in the back or the developers giving me a big “F YOU”. Needless to say, I’m not going to be playing this anymore, not for a long time at least.

Just when I thought I saved the world... I generally skip dialogue in mobile games but this story is awesome! Gumi/SE, thank you for a great game and your support of it with lots of content. I didn't think mobile gaming could get better than Brave Frontier (which I haven't been able to access my account to for 6 months now) but you proved that wrong and I cant wait to see what you have in store for year 2.

I love the game itself but a glitch is causing the game to refuse to withdraw from battle. None of my characters die or use limitbursts or magic. I can’t even replay old areas

Gumi just wants your money and isn’t very shy about letting you know that. If you want to do not want to spend $ on this “free” game I suggest sticking to the story (which is slow building but has some good moments) or just skipping altogether.

I will change this when they fix my 52.99 that I spent they took, then never received my lapis I paid for. The main issue is it took them 2 days to respond with a note that asked for another screenshot when I sent on originally then said they will consider the case resolved..... I was like what? The. Posted 3 more screenshots of them charging me 52.99 but neither reimbursing or giving my item. Now I have to report to Apple to fix. Don’t download or pay for anything. Ps I also had over 100 summons saved up for cloud got one rainbow no cloud..gg.
