Beautiful, expensive and tedious.

This game is graphically amazing and the basic game play is fantastic. The story is convoluted but good. Having played other similar games I really appreciate that units don’t become obsolete quickly and that even Free to play can be competitive if they are smart about how they spend. Big con- farming this game is INSANE. I run my iPad 6-8 hours a day and regularly am unable to get enough materials to craft the current equipment release. They are way to stingy on the essential crafting items and enhancing items. I’m getting so tired of the never ending farm. Of all reasons to quit or never start the game this would be it.

It’s a great game, but sadly it’s become so buggy that’s its borderline unplayable. I’m on the most up to date version, and playing on iPhone 11 and it constantly freezes, crashes or disconnects randomly. And my internet’s not the issue. And the Devs don’t seem to care either since there are YT vids with complaints too.
Forced / Unskippable tutorials all the time

First download of the game left the game unplayable; no response from tapping the screen. I deleted the app then re-downloaded the game and the game works..until I link my account and nothing works. Delete the app AGAIN and retry with new account and the game now starts like it’s supposed to :/ Aside from the constant bombardment of advertising they force you to close out of, the graphics are decent for a freemium game. The tutorials they force on you cannot be skipped, they cannot be sped up, and is even more tedious than I’m describing it. Good luck trying to play? There’s better freemium games out there

Buggy af. Overpriced everything. Massive time requirement,at least a year to get shards for one ur character unless you pay for them (rl $ or your rl life). 600 shards to compete with a Ultra rare character is around 300 days of quests x 5 minutes for both daily quests is 1500 is 25 consecutive hours of your life in one year. For shards. That is for ONE character over a year. Do the math. A five person squad takes 125 hours for shard farming is worth $1,875.00 at $15 an hour if you spent that time working. Zero respect or consideration for their customer’s time, money or life. They want your time and your money with no actual reward. The game could be gone in a year and you wasted all of that time, effort, money and YOUR LIFE. Don’t do it. You are worth more than that.
Great game but crashes are too frustrating

Love FF, love Tactics-style games, been playing daily for about 6 months but the game has been crashing like crazy. I just crashed 3 times in the past 10 mins, and for me it’s always when I’m in menus so I need to go back and redo choices. Will remove this review once it’s fixed but these crashes have gone on for too long.
Good game, some issues

The game is constantly improving, it has implemented a lot of QOL changes since launch. Graphic is great, gameplay is mostly fun, overall a solid old school tactic game. My biggest issue is that it often freezes at the update screen and won’t let you log into the game unless you uninstall and reinstall it.

Had to move to blue stacks on my pc it crashes less often and I can also run scripts that truly auto run.

The graphics of the game are dope but the way it forces story time on you isn’t. If they just took these graphics and remade final fantasy tactics remastered and the released for the ps4 ... that would Be the ultimate experience.
