Pretty good except for one thing...

Didn’t play for long but unfortunately will already uninstall. Overall, the game seems very well done. Graphics, music, and gameplay paying homage to old-school FFT, with similar mechanics with added features/materials to drag out character and ability growth. Plenty of quests to stay busy. Very impressed with much of the game. UI and movement on battlefield needs some minor tweaks but does not ruin the game. Voice acting and dialogue is worse than a bad high school Shakespeare play. Don’t download voice acting and just read the dialogue to avoid the pain. Overall, the game itself is very enjoyable and well done. The reason I’ve uninstalled is the gacha/summon system. It’s why I rated this game 3 stars. At first, Free/earned gems will work on a new-user summonx10 banner that offer one guaranteed mega to ultra rare unit or skill to get started. After that’s gone, the chance of ultra rare is 2%. Guaranteed ultra rare is thereafter available with paid gems only, not free gems. 10xsummon for the one guaranteed UR will cost 2000 gems, about $40! This is pretty shameful and a completely gross manifestation of what mobile games are now. With only 2% chance for great units and skills with free gems, it’ll seriously limit you down the road after investing serious time into the game. Or pay ~$40 per 10xsummon but NO mobile game in this planet is worth that much money for every gacha pull.

No way to get new units through gameplay, abysmal gambling rates

There are a lot of barriers to progression in this game that will be frustrating to the average gamer. This is yet another money grab by Gumi. It is unfortunate that Square Enix, being such respected game-makers have fallen so low with this sad excuse for a Final Fantasy experience. Grind has always been an enjoyable part of the franchise, but why have they made the grind for this title so unenjoyable? The quality of the game could have hooked me for years to come, but unless something fundamental changes, this will burn out very quickly. Gumi, get your hands off this franchise.

Amazing✨✨✨???

Never once did this game disappoint me. Coming from an Alchemist Code fan, I really enjoy the graphics, voices and even characters as well. I enjoy the challenge as well. And I’m looking forward to be with this game through the future.

My Dream has Come True

This game is literally my dream come true. I loved final fantasy tactics and the best part is that square added LIVE PVP, LIVE co-op, and they’re balancing the game (something that wasn’t really a thing in Gina fantasy tactics) The story is epic and is fully voiced. This has hit the itch that I could never scratch no matter how much I searched: -PvP (so your grinding feels worth it) - Co-op dungeons, Raid Bosses, and guild battles -Tactical (so it’s not always about who’s a higher level) -A deep combat system that you can research and geek out to for hours brainstorming insane combinations I want this game online, indefinitely. Square absolutely nailed it, they just need to juggle the fine act of keeping it F2P friendly with people that wanna dish out money. Making it so anyone compete is going to be there biggest challenge going forward

Good game but...

I'm over it. I love and support all final fantasy games but this has been such an annoying and tedious experience full of frustration. Every time I log into the game I get 25-30 notifications of things I can check or new "promotions" going on. And I've been playing for a few days now but EVERY single time I log in or go back to the main menu, I have some tutorial about some new feature that I'm forced to sit through. I get why tutorials are important, but let me skip them and experience everything on my own if I would like. I would say 1-2 hours, over a 3 day period, has been used on these tutorials that are monotonous and never-ending. If you're wanting to get into the game, beware. It'll be tutorial hell for HOURS.

Loved Final Fantasy Tactic

Something to Consider

RinVaco

I love this game, was an ps one tactics player & this game takes me back. Graphics are clean & visually stunning with the esper summons. I Dig the story I actually paid attention to it instead of skipping it all on my mad quest for free gems. The Gotcha pulls are 50/50 I’ve gotten some great pulls n then nothing for a long awhile. My only real complaint is your prices man they are a bit ridiculous specially in this odd time were a lot of folks don’t have work. Would be good if y’all recognize the times & helped your player base out a little, more free gems maybe a few cheap one time deal packages to keep players logging in & playing. I mean it couldn’t hurt it would say “ hey guys, we get it.. times are tough. We want to ride out this time with you, we are not here solely for your money” Hope you consider it.

Gacha in every way possible

Mr.PsyDRa

Prepare to waste loads of cash with this beautiful but heavy gacha game.

Beautiful and engrossing, top tier

I haven’t been this taken with a mobile game in a long time. It’s the FF Tactics sequel I’ve always wanted mixed with the best of gacha character collectors and that works far better than you think it would. Excellent story, top notch character design, deep gameplay and a ton of things to do. I’ve been playing it daily since release and I’m still having fun without any boredom, even while farming upgrade items. For a deep Tactical game worth committing to that rewards you for your efforts, you can’t go wrong here. UR characters are great but even an SR character can be viable if you decide to build it up sufficiently and possibly a better choice as you will get more upgrade items for those characters. One misconception to clear up, you do not need to have paid in game currency to summon! Some banners are paid requirement yes, but there is always a banner available that allows you to use freely collected in game currency!

Love this game dream come true

I’m a final fantasy tactics player as a kid and I beat the game multiple times and this is closest to that and better, now that I’m an adult this game is so much fun
