I absolutely love this game!!! It’s so much fun and I just can’t get off of it. The only thing that bothers me is that it is so hard to get diamonds without using money.

I have been playing this game for about 3-4 years now, I haven’t had this problem until recently though, like the past month. I used to think it was poor WiFi, but that simply wasn’t the case. Lately, every time I open the app, it says I have no WiFi, that makes playing it very hard as I collect no funds while I’m gone, all my racks are stocked. My front door is clear so that’s not the issue. Please get back to me!!

Please create/put a ‘Select All’ button when we send gifts to our neighbors

I love this game so much! It’s so addictive!!!! But it will be greater if you put the ‘Select All’ button when we send gifts to our neighbors because most of the players have more than 400 or 500 neighbors, so it takes us a long time to select all of our neighbors. So, Storm8 please please please create/put a ‘select all’ button. Thank you~♡

I love playing this game and I have since I was a kid. I recently got the game on my new phone and created a new account. Everything was going fine until one day I logged in and 7,000 coins had vanished. I then tried to submit a help request but even that began to crash. I’d really appreciate some help with this issue and I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this.

This is a really great game but it’s like time stands still in your store when you aren’t there. Sometimes you leave it and stuff sells, sometimes nothing changes, but if you are ordering something time passes for that. When I played it a couple years ago it didn’t do that often but now that whole “time stands still” thing happens all the time. When you order something that says it takes 1 day it actually takes 22 hours instead of 24. When stuff expires(which in my opinion it shouldn’t cause it’s clothes not food) it gives you the option to get rid of all but it never does so you have to get rid of things one at a time.
