New update and event are awful

The new update and event are awful. I’m only a level 14 and now it is impossible to send any deliveries to earn money. Every delivery requires a high price piece of equipment to make and without sending deliveries, I can’t make the money to buy the equipment. So, now I’m stuck for 2 days with a full barn and silo with nothing to do. Another day or so and I’m deleting the game. I was actually enjoying it.

Despite what many might say you don’t need to buy gems to do a lot in the game, however adding extra trees, vines and crops is worth the gems purchases. There is always something going on, love it.

Please please please have less events

There is only a two to three day max between events. Let people opt out of them. They hinder gameplay and create a ridiculous amount of pop ups. I should not have to exit out or click on a minimum of 5 pop ups just to play a game. (That already has a relatively slow load time) Also, the event specific items flood your inventory and half the time you can’t even get rid of them until the event is over! I have spent some money on the game and understand how the business model works but it gets to a point where it is ridiculous. I often go weeks or months without playing because it becomes more frustrating than enjoyable. This is especially true as you get to higher levels. I will most likely be deleting the app soon.

Too expensive

I really wanted to love this game. I played for as long as I could before there was literally nothing I could do except buy gems. That lasted a very short while. The prices for items are way too expensive, gem conversion to coins is way to low. There’s no way to earn money when you aren’t actively playing, the farm doesn’t generate any income offline, so constant game play is necessary to generate coins. However, once you find yourself stuck. (Unable to expand or upgrade storage) you have to spend money for gems. I dropped $50 and then after a couple days found myself stuck again unable to do anything. I’m not unfamiliar with this company either. I have been playing bakery story 1 for almost 6 years on and off, that game is awesome. I just got burned out from it. I was hoping this would be similar to that gameplay but sadly it’s not. I don’t mind spending money every now and then to upgrade or buy items I really want but when it because necessary to normal game play I have an issue with it.

Can’t build up the land because it cost to much. I spent $$$ but still can’t build up my land. I’m in my 70s. Really not fair.

This game is almost full of nothing but cheaters. You ever wonder why someone is only level 15 but has a fully expanded farm or close to it? Well they’re cheating! It makes the game less fun to play. Just got scammed out of my hard earned coins due to buying from an obvious cheater. The game would be more fun and more nicer to play if there wasn’t such a way to cheat the game.

I have been playing this game since it came out and played farm story 1 until I couldn’t play it no more!!! To me it is so much fun and interesting to see how much u can really make without having to buy gems! It is do-able!! I just can’t hardly stay off this game, my grown kids are mad at me all the time die playing it but it is my favorite game of all times !!!! I don’t participate in many events but soon I will get on the forum and find out what’s up! I have a busy life but I try make time for farm story and God every day! Thank you farm story!!!!!!!!

I used to play Farm Story (yes, the original) back in the day and it was my absolute favorite! So when I was searching for a new game to play it wasn’t even a question that I’d download Farm Story 2. At the beginning it was fun collecting animals, building buildings, and delivering orders. Then once you hit level 14, all of a sudden you’re shown like 10 new pop ups which indicate new crops, new trees to buy, and new building to build. The only problem is that each one of these things costs 1,000+ coins (and all the buildings are 2,500-9,000 EACH), and to make coins you need to fulfill deliveries. However, EVERY SINGLE delivery order you get requires items from the new buildings, even if you keep discarding them. So now you can’t make deliveries because you don’t have the new buildings needed to craft the items. And you can’t buy the new buildings because you don’t have the coins because you can’t fulfill any of the delivery orders. So option 1 would be to pour money into the game to buy diamonds to trade in for coins. Which I don’t want to do because the game is slow and freezes on me all the time, and the picture of the game doesn’t even fill my iPhone 10 plus screen all the way to the edges. Now your next option is to try and sell things on the market, but depending on what you sell it takes days, if not weeks to save up 2,500 to 9,000 coins, per building, and there’s like 10 of them they want you to buy. All in all, I wish the game only gave you 1-2 new buildings for each level you reach because that would be challenging, yet much more manageable to achieve for the gamer.

They don’t care about their customers. They have contest and goals you complete them and just get the same prize over and over no matter what you spend or how many goals you complete you never get the prizes they show or a variety. They won’t answer questions or problems or move your game to a new device.
